Partner Program
Partner Program Terms
The terms governing participation in the OFFERGOBLIN Partner Program.
Eligibility
The Partner Program is open to individuals 18 years or older. You may enroll through your OFFERGOBLIN account or by submitting an application through the partner portal; either method constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your account or partner record must remain in good standing.
Commission Structure
Partners earn a flat commission of $10 for each monthly invoice paid by a referred subscriber, for up to twelve invoices per subscriber. Commissions accrue only on paid, non-zero invoices. Trial periods, $0 invoices, and fully discounted invoices do not generate commissions.
Attribution and Tracking
Referrals are tracked through your unique referral link on a last-click basis within a 90-day tracking window. A subscriber is attributed to you when their account is created through your link. Attribution is established at signup only and does not apply retroactively to existing accounts.
Payouts
Commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date they accrue, aligned with our refund policy. Payouts are processed through the partner portal once your payable balance reaches $20. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information in the portal.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated commission is voided. Voided commissions that have already been paid may be deducted from future payouts.
Taxes
Partners are independent recipients of commission income and are solely responsible for any taxes on amounts earned. United States partners may be required to submit a Form W-9, and international partners a Form W-8, through the payout process; tax forms such as Form 1099 are issued where required by law.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: self-referrals in any form; posting referral links on coupon, deal, or discount sites; bidding on OFFERGOBLIN-branded keywords, including misspellings and variations, in paid search; unsolicited bulk messaging or spam; and misleading representations of the product, pricing, or the program. Violations result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the program.
Disclosure Requirements
Partners must clearly disclose their material connection to OFFERGOBLIN when promoting referral links, at the point of recommendation, consistent with FTC Endorsement Guides. A statement such as “I earn a commission if you subscribe through this link” satisfies this requirement.
Use of the OFFERGOBLIN Brand
Partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the OFFERGOBLIN name and approved brand assets solely to promote their referral link. Partners may not register domains, social media handles, or applications incorporating the OFFERGOBLIN name, or present themselves as OFFERGOBLIN or an official representative of it.
Relationship of the Parties
Partners are independent participants in the program. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and partners have no authority to bind OFFERGOBLIN.
Termination
Either party may end participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, legitimately earned commissions that have cleared the holding period are paid out per the payout schedule; commissions associated with violations of these terms are forfeited.
Program Changes
OFFERGOBLIN may modify these terms, commission rates, or program availability with notice through the partner portal. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect commissions already earned.
Limitation of Liability
The program is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFFERGOBLIN’s aggregate liability arising out of the program is limited to the commissions paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
