Referral Program Terms
The terms governing participation in the OFFERGOBLIN Referral Program.
Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to OFFERGOBLIN account holders 18 years or older. Claiming a referral code in your account constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your account must remain in good standing.
What the Referred Person Gets
A referral code takes $20 off the referred person’s first payment for Accelerated, whether a monthly subscription or a Season Pass. It applies to first payments on new accounts only, cannot be combined with another promotional code, and has no cash value.
What the Referrer Gets
Each time a referred person makes a first payment using your code, you earn a reward: 30 days of Accelerated for your first and second paid referrals, a Season Pass (12 months of Accelerated) for your third, and 30 days for each paid referral after that. Rewards are applied to your account automatically: as complimentary access if you are on the free plan, as credit against your next invoices if you pay monthly, or by converting a monthly subscription into a Season Pass at no charge for the third referral. Rewards are access, never cash, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or paid out.
Attribution
A referral is attributed when the referred person enters your code at checkout, or arrives through your link and checks out with the code applied, and their first payment succeeds. Each account can be referred once; only a person’s first paid checkout counts, and later renewals or purchases earn nothing further. Attribution is not applied retroactively.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated reward may be withdrawn, and complimentary time or credit already applied may be removed.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: using your own code on your own account or on accounts you control; posting codes on coupon, deal, or discount sites; bidding on OFFERGOBLIN-branded keywords in paid search; unsolicited bulk messaging or spam; and misleading representations of the product, pricing, or the program. Violations result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.
Disclosure
When promoting your code publicly, say that you receive a reward when it is used. A statement such as “I get a free month if you use my code” satisfies this.
Use of the OFFERGOBLIN Brand
Referrers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the OFFERGOBLIN name and approved brand assets solely to share their code. Referrers may not register domains, social media handles, or applications incorporating the OFFERGOBLIN name, or present themselves as OFFERGOBLIN or an official representative of it.
Relationship of the Parties
Referrers are independent participants in the program. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and referrers have no authority to bind OFFERGOBLIN.
Termination and Changes
Either party may end participation at any time. OFFERGOBLIN may modify or end the program, the discount, or the rewards with notice on this page; changes apply prospectively and do not remove rewards already applied to an account.
Limitation of Liability
The program is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFFERGOBLIN’s aggregate liability arising out of the program is limited to the value of the rewards applied to your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.
