Accessibility Statement

OFFERGOBLIN aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We assessed the site against all 46 Level A and Level AA success criteria. Eight do not apply to this product, because it contains no audio, no video, and no timed interactions. Of the 38 that do apply, 36 are fully supported and 2 are partially supported. None are unsupported.

In the W3C's own terms that makes the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The word is theirs and it is the accurate one: a single criterion falling short is enough to rule out a claim of full conformance, however narrow the shortfall. The two are named under Known Limitations below, and neither prevents any task.

The assessment is our own and has not been reviewed by an independent auditor, so we make no claim beyond what we measured. A criterion-by-criterion report in VPAT 2.5 format is available on request from the address at the bottom of this page.

Automated testing runs on every commit. The axe-core engine checks each public page type against the WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA rulesets, at desktop, phone, and 320-pixel widths, and the build fails on any serious or critical finding. Automated tools catch a minority of accessibility problems, so this is a regression net rather than a conformance proof.

Manual testing covers keyboard-only operation of every interactive control, visible focus on every focusable element, reflow with no horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels, text resized to 200 percent, and color contrast measured from rendered pixels rather than from stylesheet values.

The most recent full sweep covered 31 public pages across every page template on the site and returned no automated violations at Level AA.

The site is operable by keyboard alone. Every page starts with a skip link to the main content, every interactive control is reachable in a sensible order, and every focused element carries a visible focus indicator.

Scrollable regions — wide tables, code blocks, and the answer panel on a practice card — are focusable and named, so they can be scrolled with the arrow keys and are announced on arrival. Without that, a scroll container with no focusable content inside cannot be reached without a mouse.

Pages use real landmarks and a single ordered heading structure. Tables use proper header cells and scopes. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology rather than described.

Text meets the Level AA contrast minimums against the dark theme. Layout reflows to a single column on a narrow screen without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content or function.

No independent audit. The assessment on this page is our own. We have not commissioned a third-party accessibility audit, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.

Limited assistive-technology testing. We test with keyboard and with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS. We have not carried out systematic testing with JAWS or NVDA on Windows, or with speech-input software such as Dragon.

Mathematical notation. Formulas in guides and answers are rendered by KaTeX, which emits a text alternative for screen readers. We have verified that the rendered maths is reachable and focusable, but we have not verified how every individual formula is spoken by every screen reader.

Third-party content. Payment is handled by Stripe's hosted checkout and sign-in by Google, both rendered on their own pages under their own accessibility practices. We do not control those interfaces.

Signed-in surfaces not separately audited. See Scope below.

One region below the non-text contrast threshold (1.4.11). The border on the practice card's scrollable answer panel measures 1.66:1 where the guideline asks for 3:1. It is identified by its heading and position as well as its edge, and nothing depends on seeing that border, but it does not meet the criterion.

One status message that is not announced (4.1.3). Choosing practice filters updates a count of matching questions, and that number is rendered only inside the start button, so a screen reader reads it when the button takes focus rather than when it changes. The filters themselves work normally.

No published VPAT document on the site itself. The report exists and we will send it on request, but it is not yet linked here as a downloadable file.

If a barrier is stopping you from using something you have paid for, say so in the message and we will sort out the access problem and the billing side together.

We treat reported barriers as bugs with a name attached to them, not as feature requests.

This statement applies to the website at www.offergoblin.com, operated by FORMWRK STUDIO LLC: the public guides, the question bank, the free calculators, and the practice question card as it appears on public pages.

Surfaces behind sign-in — the practice session, the progress dashboard, and account settings — have not been separately audited yet. They are built from the same components, shell, and theme as the public pages, so the results should carry over, but we have not measured them and are not going to claim otherwise. Extending coverage there is the next piece of work.

It does not cover external sites we link to, or the hosted pages of the payment and sign-in providers named above.

This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of this page. We review it whenever the accessibility test suite changes and at least once a year.
