About OFFERGOBLIN

I launched OFFERGOBLIN on October 1, 2025, after a deep survey of the investment banking prep market turned up one really weak spot: flashcards.

I had gotten extremely good at technicals myself. I got into Centerview, one of the most technically demanding banks there is, while I was doing an MBA and a master’s in computer science at UChicago. As soon as the platform launched it caught on, especially locally at UChicago. We now have over 3,500 questions, sourced primarily from banking clubs and other validated sources.

At the same time I began coaching students, and had a lot of success there too. As time went on I filmed more and more content alongside my livestreams, and that became its own thing.

The brand is about the goblin hours of banking recruiting. A lot of the other brands felt boring and straightforward, and the process already is. This is the pressure release valve. The junior bankers I knew were closer to gamers: mechanical keyboards, Zyns, ripping through models. OFFERGOBLIN is an attempt to indoctrinate you into that culture, the real one underneath the facade.

Today the platform has flashcards, multiple choice, and a voice mode where you answer out loud and get graded on it. Our focus is high fidelity. We take the role of being the technical platform seriously.
