The short version

Wall Street Prep's Premium Package is $499 for seven courses and roughly 46 hours of core content: Financial Statement Modeling, DCF, M&A, Trading Comps, Transaction Comps, LBO, plus a bonus module. Finish the exams and you are eligible for their Financial and Valuation Modeling Certification. It is a real curriculum, taught properly, and it is the industry standard for a reason.

OFFERGOBLIN is $39.99 a month, or free at 5 questions a day. It holds 3,500+ interview questions candidates reported after real rounds, tagged by firm, round, topic and difficulty, each with a structured written answer.

One teaches you to build a model in Excel. The other decides whether you can answer "walk me through an LBO" in ninety seconds without stalling. Those are different skills and the interview only tests the second one.
